This song is one of the best songs on the album, musically and lyrically. The ambiance in the beginning is just so fantastic. And the middle section and the ending is just so weird but thats what makes it so great. Love the album Ben, keep up the good work.

Very interested to see what you do with “The User” as that’s my personal favorite track from the album. I love that you’re talking about your experiences with the internet, I think it goes a long way in explaining your appeal to younger generations (which, to be fair, you are a part of by many definitions). I loved the way you laced compositional, sonic, and narrative themes throughout this album! It comes together so nicely under one fairly consistent aesthetic direction but still maintains the wiggle room to really play around with the sound and make it unique and exciting. I must say this kind of exploration is my favorite part about your work, it really brings me somewhere new and that’s extremely impressive given how long music as an art form in general has been under development and how many things have been done already as a result of that. All in all this album was my favorite of yours so far because of its narrative and thematic strength. It really seems like having the intense experiences in your life that this album largely deals with has inspired something very strong in you, and I’m very grateful to be able to experience that through this platform! Keep jammin Ben! 👌
