Bryan Kohberger's lead attorney, Anne Taylor, claims she still doesn't know how law enforcement identified her client as their main suspect in the murders of four University of Idaho students. Prosecutors fired back this week, stating Kohberger's team has the answer — in a letter written by the FBI on November 28, 2023. Law&Crime's Angenette Levy discusses the letter and other key dates in the investigation with retired FBI agent Bobby Chacon in this episode of Crime Fix — a daily show that delves into the biggest stories in crime.

If he was innocent why keep delaying trial ?

Bryan K REFUSES to profess his innocence, REFUSES to enter a not guilty plea, and REFUSED to give an alibi until he was legally compelled to by the judge and when he finally did it was a useless nonsensical alibi. So he is either guilty of the murders or a very cruel / evil person because he blocked police from continuing their investigation in finding the real killers. Either way I believe he is cruel and evil and I also believe he is guilty of those murders.

We don't yet know what the prosecution's strongest evidence is. The sheath is just the evidence they disclosed in the indictment. Then instead of a preliminary hearing, the state convened a grand jury to avoid the preliminary. That suggests to me that they want to keep their cards breasted, only revealing the minimal evidence necessary for the indictment. They have a lot more evidence, they must. That was a huge scene and they must have found more. BK was very upset and frustrated that he didn't have a preliminary hearing, expressly because it severely limited his ability to prepare an explanation/excuse for the rest of the evidence. He's going into the trial a lot more blind than he would like, which is a great disadvantage for preparing an innocent defense.

I think the defense's "confusion" is just another diversionary and stalling tactic

Nov. 28, 2023 (not 2022) is the date of the FBI response to the Touhy request from the prosecution.

His cell phone placed him at the house many times, followed the girls on Instagram, like he said they zeroed in on him and the suspect pool became smaller, and everything led to him!

Maybe if she concentrated on the evidence instead of searching for loopholes she’d know how they found him

The entire public knows how they landed on Bryan Kohberger for their suspect. The defense pretending they somehow don’t is just silly.

BK previously received a ticket in same area in vehicle seen on CCTV in area (NCIC offline search). Police would have eventually had BK on a list of possible suspects in area based on car.

Kohberger is book smart. The prosecution can't forget that this guy is OCD and I bet he's spending his days looking for 1 mistake to get him set free. He's incredibly dangerous so I honestly pray that every T is crossed and every I is dotted. I really worry this guy will get himself freed on a technicality. I'm serious. I am not trying to give him credit... but he left very little physical evidence and that's scary considering he was only in that house for like 12 mins. He's a capable dangerous methodical psychopath.

If there are holes in the story as to how they landed on Kohberger, wouldnt that just BE their defense? Not the reason that they dont have one? Lol

If he was innocent he’d have a freaking alibi that made sense! He didn’t so his only hope is to have prosecutors do something wrong. 🤦‍♂️
