My dad is almost 52 he drinks too much alcohol like 2 pegs per day he's been drinking it since he was 25 And he's healthy he does a every 6 month checkup it's been a year since he Quitted Smoking He used to drink 5 packs of cigarettes almost everyday and always eating oily food but now he quit smoking and soon gonna quit alcohol and he avoids oily food and always eats homemade food
