Thanks Olly! Great video to give some wider perspective on how to approach this! The points you raised about what we do wrong really resonate. I loved the tip about just doing 10 mins a day on an exercise you enjoy as opposed to trying to discipline yourself into an unsustainable routine that fails (been there). I’m off for a short bike ride right now, then I’ll switch on for work for the day.
