There's a difference in having a business and working a job. You shouldn't have to be a slave to your employer.

Because I CAN! I’m not trying to build a multimillion dollar company! We’re building a farm! With our family! That’s work life balance. Lol

All the money in the world is not going to replace your family. Work hard and provide for your family but if you are working so much that you miss your kids growing up then you are a failure.

They're working for themselves, we are working for them there will be a lot of difference

If you follow what this man says you might be rich, but you’ll definitely be unhappy

Sorry my definition for success is not aligned with what you say

No. He's wrong. Those people all worked for themselves. We are not working for ourselves. We're working for someone else to get rich and we get a paycheck. In our later years these companies are going to let us go because they have no loyalty.

The least that I can get is work life balance because salary is also a pittance.

I disagree.
Those who want to be great put in the effort and chose that lifestyle (watch to chase success etc), is THEIR CHOICE. That lifestyle is not for everyone. Each to their own.

This video should have been titled, how the rich fool us into making them richer

What they do is their work as well as life.
Therefore they don't have to find a balance between the two.

Working hard is for animals, not for humans with brains😅

He's right. However, all those individuals he mentioned, worked for themselves. To make big money. When you're an employee, and you clock in / clock out, you do not work, when you're not being paid.

ok, but the 40-hour workweek is bulls**t, and it is NOT work-life balance.

i've been saying for years that people should get to work one day, and then have the next day off.

y'all will not believe how many people have called me "weak, " "lazy, " and "too much of a dreamer" when i mention this!

I do not care whatsoever to be a multimillionaire making work my life and trying to be wealthy. That is not living for me whatsoever. I have 3-4 days off a month and I'm satisfied, however, I don't want to work my life away like my grandfather and father did. I spend very little time with my young son. I would never associate with this guy.

By following his advice, are you gonna be alive and kicking? No. Company won't even care about employees life. People like this man are the ones due to whom many corporate employees are dying and suffering from health problems because of overwork. Stop this shit. Overwork needs to be looked down upon if it costs lives of employees.

This looks like a dinosaurs talk. Well times have changed since Hanry Ford. A work life balance does not mean not working hard. My goal is to work the right amount of time for the right amount of money e live a long and healthy life, not being exploit and taken advantage

If you work hard but have no health you have nothing & will work yourself into an early grave.

I deserve work life balance, because I don't own that company. I have nothing to do with it and take that additional responsibility.

If you LOVE what you do for a living, then is it really work?
