Floating Bridge Guitar | setting up 3 different guitar tremolos

You own a floating bridge guitar but don´t know how to set up the floating tremolo? I show you how to set up a floyd rose bridge, ibanez edge & ibanez edge zero 2 bridge. You will learn how to adjust the floating guitar tremolo and the difference between floyd rose and ibanez edge bridge.
Don´t be afraid of a floating bridge guitar because the setup is not difficult.
Here are the 3 different guitars I used:
- Ibanez RG550-RF Genesis with ibanez edge bridge
- Ibanez RG 1XVV-FPK with ibanez edge zero 2 bridge and zp3 system
- Charvel San Dimas 2016 with floyd rose bridge
Setting up a floating bridge guitar should be done carefully!

The Ibanez locking vibrato units are all
Gotoh who produce hardware for Ibanez, PRS, Suhr & Wilkinson etc...really do make great stuff!!!!

Good job. I actually have the same guitars. Three Ibanez's and one Charvel. Just different models and colors. I agree to many people are afraid of the locking nut bridge system. Saying it is not stable or to hard to work with. I have been playing since the late 70's and it is all I have ever owned. I love them You are right it is just bull crap. Good job. Good videos. Yo buddy I just got an Ibanez guitar. I tried to tune it and it kept slipping half a step. Even after locking the nut, still slipped. Luckily I found some adjustment bolt on the bottom and tightened it up and now it's staying in tune but I got to figure out everything I can about this system that's why I'm here!

I recommend to everyone that has an Edge zero 2 tremolo to setup level with the guitar body, this is indeed the optimal way compared to the way you're probably told, just like me, I found out on accident. Then looked on Google, and found out it's the optimal way to setup the edge zero 2 tremolo.

Thanks for you detailed video. I recently bought RG550 Genesis with Edge trem. It is not clear in the manual that to adjust the height of the bridge (to lower the action in my case) the inner stud screw has to be tightened or loosened. I believe clockwise it tightens.
