Glad to see you now have a press for the frets, inserts, etc.

A few observations. Maybe some can be implemented in future builds.

1) What about using a syringe to inject the glue under the frets? Seem like it would be cleaner applicator than droplet dabbing.

2) Knock the sharp underside corner off the face plate may be easier to press it into the body. Not much. Basically just deburring.

3) Cut slots in the neck attachment clamping board to avoid clamping pressure directly on the frets.

4) For keeping the face flat when gluing the two pieces of the top together, use a tongue and grove joint. Since your using bookend matched pieces and also wouldn't want reduce width, construct the tongue and grove by routing the grove in both pieces, then cutting a tongue to match.
