I actually had luck with the VS convertible bra with these in HS. I wore them with a cami strap slip dress (solid red under and sheer red floral print over) that had a short sleeve blouse of the same sheer red floral over it. No ugly straps showing through, no having to keep hiking the strapless bra up, no wardrobe malfunctions. I wore it through the schoo day, worked on art projects to get ready for the art show, and then straight to dinner with my family before going home. No problems at all, I think I was in it for at least 13 hours. Honestly, my shoes killed me more- those same 13 hours were in chunky healed, platform pump sandals.

I usually hide mine but in cases I can't hide my straps I wear bras that are similar to my top color like I have a bright red high strap no sleeve top where my straps would show so I have a bright red bra to go with which is one of the only times I can wear that bra as well as with my bright red short sleeve
