It sucks. Support is in a different time zone and barely any support at all. I have to wait up until 12:30 AM my time to be told to get more log files and no answer.

I bought another laptop on EMIs and started a side hustle to counter the employer that used such software to spy (yes, that's what it is called) me.

Installed Murgee and Jiggler to keep the screen active and then used to automate some tasks with Task Scheduler. It was a night shift, so I used to finish my job in the daytime, outsource some tasks in advance, and then work on another laptop for my side gigs or take power naps.

I made more money than I ever could doing such stuff. And corporates doesnt want that. They want you chasing the matrix throwing such hurdles in the name of productivity down your A$$ so that you never grow and keep playing by their rules.

Don't cry foul. Work your way around.

I truly hate companies who use such tools, it basically screams 2 things:
1. You do not Trust your employees!
2. You do not know how to pick the right employees for your company

I would never allow such applications to set foot in my company...we're a company of 500+ people and the way we hire is based on trust and ideology.
We see if the person is fit to join or are just a bottle neck at the start of the hiring process.
The people who you hire in your firm bring mindsets with them, make sure they are the right ones.

Such apps are just invasion of privacy, free surveillance and to the real hardworking employees a big drawback.
You might catch the lazy ones, but why hire them in the first place?

If you truly want to scale your company I believe you should hire right and scale with truth and trust...not the other way around.
This might work for many companies out there (Nothing against them) but such tools are just big red flags to show that the company is not trustworthy.
