So wait...
If we use amps, then why do volts exist?
What’s the difference between kilos and moles?
Why are litres accepted and not standard?
Why does this only make half sense????

Si unit base is now electric charge Coulomb not current Ampere. They changed it recently see Wikipedia English version. Really confusing and boring for school kids.

The base unit name for mass is "gram" you have added the specific prefix "kilo".
