If it's physical, it'll die. Anything brick & mortar will die to online services. Banks are next.
I have two bank accounts, my brick & mortar community credit union, and my online-only bank.
Credit Union: Overdraft fees, international fees, ATM fees, 0.02% per year gained
Online Bank: NO FEES, ALL ATM/INTERNATION fees covered by bank, 1.2% a year gained,
oh and they also offer commission free investing services, don't have overdraft fees (just block the transaction), free financial advisors, etc. etc. etc.

If it's physical, it'll die. And I hope that happens asap.

The biggest reasons why these brands fail is that they don’t focus on the customer. Shopping at Jcpenny is terrible. Shopping at Amazon is great. Simple.
