Coincidentally, all these stores that are closed have something in common. Certain demographic is really high on these locations. When they're running out of places to shop, they'll blame greedy cooperation or everything else but themselves. They just refused to believe or see that their people are the biggest problem. They'll never learn, cuz what's right is wrong in their mindsets.

The most recent closures are from cities that will not prosecute or stop shoplifters that steal less than $900. It was supposed to prevent "inequity" all it did was allow organized retail theft to flourish.

If only there were some common link...Some clue we could point to, to figure out why this keeps happening.
Bah...Oh well. Some things are just supposed to remain a mystery I suppose.
I'm sure the communities of Harlem, Oakland, etc. will be served by a new retailer, who I am sure will be more than happy to come in and risk tens of millions of dollars in businesses to operate within those cities for lower profit margins and increase risk of lawsuits, and provide those fine, upstanding citizens a much needed service.
