Here’s an excellent example not to VOTE FOR THE DEMOCRATIC

It's so much deeper people. The cost of installing charging stations, time spent charging your EV, the cost of batteries, etc, etc. You'd think they would start out slowly to a transition, but these idiots operate on theories, not realities. Think of the cost of installing a charging station in the home, where to recycle batteries, cost of a battery, the power grid when everyone charges at night. How come our media doesn't ask these questions ? Everyone is bought & paid for. Only problem is we can't afford to pay all the sell outs & there are a lot of them. Sad state of affairs...

I have now reached the point I either fill my gas tank or buy groceries. This is ridiculous.

These high prices don't affect the governments pockets, it's hurting the public.

Anyone else missing energy independence, tougher trade policies, record low unemployment, world peace and mean tweets?

Force us to buy electric cars, when there is a waiting list for electric car, and how about the people who can not afford a new car let alone a electric car.
Another point, if you live in a place where you park along the street, how do you charge it? How do you protect your power cord from being stolen?

I would, but they are dirtier than fossil fuel. Lithium mining and disposal are extremely disgusting and dirty. It is the dumbest thing I have ever heard.

Moving to EVs isn't worth it. The batteries are terrible for the environment and if the government doesn't want you to drive anywhere they could just shut down the charging stations. They hate that they can't control where or how we travel. The "infrastructure" bill has a study in that studies charging Americans to drive by the mile.

Trade a gas powered car for a coal powered Tesla. Does anyone see the seem to remember Biden telling coal miner's to trade in their picks for computers.

Good for Elon Musk to complain even at the cost of him losing money but, he won't really suffer because he has billions of dollars. It's all the regular hard working Americans working from paycheck to paycheck that these fuel prices are really hurting! Waiting another 1 to 3 years to vote in New politicians will be devastating to the average peope...We need to take action NOW!!

Everyone that wants EVs and no oil needs to get rid of everything they have made from oil. They will end up living like the Flintstones.

They are stupid cause in reality we aren’t ready for electric cars! How we going to charge them? Not enough places across the country to charge them. This is what we call, putting the cart before the horse!! Very stupid move!

There is no way the Republicans will get a fillibuster-proof majority in the Senate. Also, can we get the RINOs out of Congress?

We are screwed either way. My electric bill tripled in January. And by tripled I mean my winter month bill tripled from the price of my summer bills. So either way we are screwed and everything is expensive. FJB

I work in the automotive industry and I can tell you for a fact most Americans can afford a few thousand dollars for a used car and can't afford a car that costs as much as a house. Electric cars are just out of reach for a majority of the public. I'm a certified electric and hybrid electric technician and even the repair costs are astronomical. You could buy a used gas car for what it costs to repair your electric car. And some people do.

Electricity prices just went up dramatically in my state, in a push to have people "go solar". Unless electricity gets cheaper, I don't see it happening, especially in New England. Also, the average American, who is not able to even save $1000 for an emergency fund, can not afford the sticker price on EV vehicles or be able to afford new batteries when that time comes. We have practically no public transport in my state guess we all just stay home ? Wages have not increased enough to cover all the insane price hikes that are hitting us. I honestly do not know how young working families are surviving the rent, gas, and grocery prices right now !! I am glad I am retired and not having to raise kids right now.

Why don't the fuel companies stop selling fuel and natural gas to these people who push the green deal. Let them freeze.
