13:59 Fun fact about that 1984 map: Mondale only won Minnesota by just under 4, 000 votes out of a total of over 2 million votes cast. Mondale won it at 49.72% to Reagan's 49.54%. By the grace of just under 4, 000 people, Mondale was spared the indignity of losing all 50 states in a presidential election.
