The import worked well, but there is no CS app existing with it. Any idea why?

Solution "Customer Service - CS" failed to import: Convert Rules import: FAILURE: Template With Id = Does Not Exist
I can´t import the solution, do you have an idea?

wanted to try out your solution but the import of the solution in to dynamics faild :/
otherwise it was very good video. iam new in dynamics so i think that your video was very good for my learning process :)
