Hello everyone. Dalton, the man killed in this accident, is my little brother. My family would greatly appreciate if you spread the word about this injustice being done in the state of Minnesota. We can't do much to change our circumstances with the law, but we can effect change for future families who may suffer through a tragedy such as this. Please share and spread the word. Contact your state legislatures to ensure your laws see juveniles receive proper legal repercussions for such heinous acts. There are politicians everywhere fighting for justice for families like mine. Most of all, I ask you to pray for us. The Lord has been faithful to heal many parts of our hearts, yet we are forever broken. We will never forget Dalton and Tayler, and so we grieve. Pray for Camille and Leon, that they would truly be reformed by the minimal justice they have received and that these two do not hurt another family again. Thank you.

The first 20 minutes was difficult to watch. Camille's behavior was disgusting, selfish, and sociopathic. She had not one ounce of concern for the victims, Tayler and Dalton. May the victims continue to rest in peace.

I was hit head on by a drunk driver. It’s been a while, I’ve made a mostly ok recovery. However, as I was trapped in my vehicle bleeding to my end, this vile drunk that just smashed into me was yelling “look what you did to me” “ you caused this, look what you did to me”. I don’t know why I still hear that voice in my head, half of my face was removed, my guts were scrambled… it was a hard hit. Only reason I lived, is because at the bottom of the freeway ramp I was passing at the time of the crash, was the hospital I was born in. From the time was I removed from the car and put in the ambulance, it took maybe 3 minutes to get me in the trauma bay. Also, a doctor standing outside taking a break, heard and saw the crash and came to my aid at the scene. Those are the reasons I lived. First responders, that doctor and close proximity to hospital is why I lived despite the near loss of life. 24+ surgeries later, I’m… 70% physically good but unfortunately I have ptsd from the crash. I have anxiety attacks when I hear tires skidding. When I watch a movie, even though I know a car crash is going to happen in said movie, it causes adrenaline to dump. Hate that feeling. I have nightmares from it. Etc. all caused by this intoxicated perp who was a poc. I’ll never forget her screams “look what you did to me” while I lay there in my crushed car bleeding and trapped in agony, her voice made a visceral impact on me and I hate it. And no, she didn’t have a scratch. She went to jail for three years. Also, I learned in the criminal hearing, it was her THIRD time have an alcohol related crash. She was entitled, arrogant, didn’t give two poops about my life long chronic medical issues. Nothing. I light up a security scanner at the airport because of that bi*ch.

This women here, I’d say she’s 10x worse. I hope… I HOPE she realizes the gravity of her decisions and at minimum, takes responsibility. I won’t hold my breath though.

i worked with camille when she was arrested. i was in the process of training her in, and had no idea that any of this was happening. i have distinct memories of her bragging about how fast she drove, how she was pulled over all the time simply for being black, so on and so forth. i only knew her for a week, and she was telling me this. i have never in my life met someone so incapable of empathy or any feelings whatsoever. when she was arrested, she was also fired, and a couple of weeks later showed up to clock in. she had no idea why she was fired, and claimed we were targeting her over and over again. it has absolutely sickened me over the years as i’ve found more and more information on this case. i cannot imagine the pain those families feel not only over the loss of two beautiful people, but to experience these two murderers and their family/lawyers pit all the blame on everyone else. the system failed them egregiously, and we will not forget.

The brother was 17 years 9 months old and he was on probation and they charged him as a juvenile with 2 deaths. Unbelievable

These are trash individuals that go out of their way to be menaces to society, then claim that they're victims. He may have escaped justice this time, but I feel like this won't be the last time he's in cuffs or facing the possibility of jail time. Seems like the type.

The family of Leon and Camille are disgusting! They got a slap on the wrist for killing 2 beautiful people. The justice system failed them. Im so sorry for the loss of Dalton and Taylor.
