For some reason every time I connect my phone to the oculus it doesn't show a finger what ever I have USB dielog

when I try to verify my organization it wants me to put in business info and upload documents to verify if I'm a business is there a way around this or am I doing something wrong. The message below is what it says on the Oculus organization's verification page. HELP PLS

"Starting May 31, 2023, organizations will be required to submit documentation to verify their business or the identity of an admin for their organization. Without business or admin verification, your organization will be blocked from publishing new apps, updating existing apps, and submitting Data Use Checkup (DUC).

So, I made an organization and hooked it up to my pc but where to plug it up to the pc. I have an all in one pc. What should I do?

I’ve been trying to turn on developer mode for many days now and every time I go to the create an organization website it takes me to a verification page instead of the organization page. I have already looked up oculus organization on Google and it takes me to the same verification page. The list also didn’t help me at all thank you for the video tho it got me really close to getting to enabling developer mode.
