The stress alone also can cause terrible symptoms on top of the menopause stuff.

Threw me into psychiatric ward few times in past couple years.
For the grace of God and family I’m still here.
Thank you Jesus!

I wish I had know that menopause kick starts the aging process and your brain thinks you are going to die! Hence, the extreme anxiety!

Menopause is so important. I don’t understand why it’s so in the dark. I’d wish I’d known earlier it would made things so much easier. I’m so glad I found this channel 😊❤

I found out I was in perimenopause not because of my doctors, but YouTube algorithm placed one of your videos on my recommendation videos (and I accidentally clicked onto it). All my symptoms were in your video! I thought I was going crazy with overwhelming anxiety/health anxiety and a sense of doom, to name a few, but no just perimenopause. Just knowing helps slightly. 😊

I wish I knew when to go to the dr. Menopause really does make you feel like you're about to die. Drs, spouses, and even my mom don't recognize the symptoms. Which further makes us retreat because we feel like this is not normal. It's sad that we have to be our own physicians or come on here to find out we're not crazy. Thanks Kari. Keep em coming

Hello! Kari…menopause gives me depression with all the symptoms that I’m sure it will never go away but instead will give me more as I grow older, you know what sometimes I feel like I’m not alive and I’m just a wondering ghost because sometimes I feel like where am I like suddenly I don’t know anything… forgetting things that so hard for me to remember 😢.Thank you so much Kari you make me understand everything ❤…..

Another amazing video! Thank you, @kariannwright!! Foot pain is my one symptom. Until you said it I thought I was going crazy! Thank you so very much for bringing up even the odd stuff that people don't agree are caused by hormone imbalances in women. You are the absolute best! I'm pretty sure I don't know what I'd do without you and your videos.❤

I was totally clueless and unprepared as well, and I had no one to talk to about what I’ve been going through 😢 Thank you for these videos. You have opened my eyes and educated me so much! We need to keep getting the word out to help even more women!

At 57 now I had so many of those symptoms for years, the worst for me now is racing thoughts, sleepless nights and the one I cry over is my very receding hairline😢

I wish I had known it can take 15 years from the onset of peri-menopause until the real shutdown begins. I had always assumed you just had a year or so of irregular periods, then everything stopped and the hot flashes began. In retrospect, the process started in my late 30s. They need to teach this stuff in health class!

I wish I knew that along with my sweaty hot flashes, my heart beats so fast that I feel that my heart is going to pound out of my chest. Then as fast as that all happens, the cold flash happens and heart returns to normal. When I asked my doctor and OB-GYN both said it’s normal.
