Awesome video!

I would love to know more about how you logistically scaled the business. From hiring, to onboarding processes, to provisioning hardware for engineers, to giving access to source control to employees and managing tasks with project management software, to book keeping and general ledger reconciliation. What about products you use internally? Are there some you love? Are there some you tried and had to move away from? How do you handle logins across your org? What about off boarding when someone leaves?

There is so much startup info on 'ideas' and 'how we stood in a circle and manifested growth', but I would love it if you can break that pattern and go into what you need to logistically consider when steering the ship into the scale phase.

These videos are great man. I started my own company doing consulting for start ups and these help me bring a whole new view to the table. I work with the financial and accounting side driving business growth and your videos help me think of the other half of businesses I don’t get to see and I’ve had some really constructive convos with business owners because of it.

For those that are working in an internal audit or financial compliance audit role, if you identify a few problems at your current company and the executives choose to ignore fixing the issues, then flip the script and try to rethink of the issue/roadblock at work as an opportunity for you to start a business to address the above compliance issue. It's likely the problem is niche enough that you could dominate that market and small enough that people or businesses outside of your company wouldn't even realize there's this untapped market.

The opportunity is that you have information asymmetry and you can implement a solution that will solve this compliance problem for these customers.... ex) if you're an auditor at CRA or IRS and you have identified a theme of non-compliance in a niche area, well, now you can setup a business online to hook these potential clients in with SEO and SEM.

Love this channel dude - all your videos have been super informative to someone who's thinking about starting a company in the future and I appreciate how transparent you've been throughout. In fact, you were one of my main inspirations to start documenting my research process in a similar way! Looking forward to seeing Stan's development

Dude I needed to hear this, was hitting a mental crisis with my company. Most of the time I feel like I’m winging it, but that’s the mental game! Great reframe and reminder—don’t give up and just focus on your customers and your team.

I just want to add to the therapist's tip. Think about it in this way: You are the only person who will accompany you throughout your life, you are the most important, the only one capable and responsible for improving your quality of life. Why wouldn't you spend time and work to improve yourself? Things like Self-knowledge, awareness and emotional management could improve your life in all areas :)
