Challenge your HR departments about their diversity hiring initiatives. Ask what measures will be used to determine whether diversity is achieved. If it's race, gender then ask for whether that is legal or not to base hiring on race or gender. Then watch them squirm. Make note of when you asked in case there is retaliation for ensuring your company abides by employment discrimination laws.

America used to hire the brightest and best. Go to any McDonald's and tell me if diversity was worth it. I haven't seen a smile or heard anything polite in ages when shopping, eating, etc. NBA, NFL, movies, TV, music all suck because of diversity, low standards, and woktardism
