This is a bit dumb. Lack of medical attention to female physiology means that less attention is giving to different signs of heart attack in women. Cardiac risk increases with menopause which is not discussed enough. Dont make this about lack of intimacy with randomn people or SO for the sake of.

it feels like they're trying to make another after life with all the hard life realities and although I like katherine parkinson..sam is just a godawful character to the point it's hard to enjoy the show, I can't imagine anyone ever giving him this many chances, she ain't perfect but she's way out of his league, I don't see how she could ever be that desperate, the sex stuff is ridiculous, what's with all these shows having a male lead who's practically treated almost like a sex symbol when he clearly isn't, the guy is a mean heartless worthless slob coward, haha I mean give him some kind of good quality! and the surprise at the end of the season..God help us, I've seen so many shows where this happens and I hate it nearly every time, I recommend watching Rev. It's a much better show in every way, you'll love it..or watch Here We Go..or a show called Mom, or Catastrophe, fantastic show about life and family etc
