I'm a nanny for a 2 year old and her 7 years old half brother when he visits for the summer. I've wanted to paint rocks with them all summer, finally did it now that the older kids are back in school. 2 days ago, we collected our rocks on a walk. Afterwards, I had the kids scrub them, and line them up like little soldiers to dry. Today is painting day! I'm more excited than they are only because I know what we're doing, they've forgotten. lol

Me and my boy have done them since he was around 3 ish so 5 years because he collects always from everywhere every single day. So we've used everything from acrylic to nail polish its a wonderful lil hobby to do and he loves doing them and leaving them for people to find.
