With regards to what Vegapunk said at the end —

In Japanese, there are two ways to write the sound ‘mo’
1. も (a word, or start of a word)
^ this is hiragana, the native script used for native Japanese words
2. モ (literally the sound mo)
^ This is katakana, used mostly for sound effects OR foreign words (English or any other language, even made up words like Vegapunk is written in this exact same script)

In this chapter, mo was written も。
When mo is written this way, on its own, it can be translated as “also”. But assuming it’s part of a larger word, all we know is that it will be a *Japanese* word starting with the sound mo.
If it were written モ, then that means no matter if it is in English or Japanese, the word Vegapunk was going to say starts with a mo sound.

I mean even when they entered the Grand Line (presumably via Reverse Mountain), the first thing they must have seen was Laboon with Luffy's jolly roger. And reading all the newspaper articles, from Enies Lobby to Marineford to Big Mom and Kaido, it just never stops.
