Sooo for as long as I remember I have been TERRIFIED of snakes. I had one bad stint with them when I was young and ever since I’ve been one to not fool with them. Now that I’ve e gotten older I’ve always been fascinated but also a bit taken aback by them (I blame the media mostly for their portrayal of snakes) This challenge has definitely helped me become more familiar with them so just showing some appreciation❤ Thank you! 😊

Ok so I got a ball python a couple months ago ( around beginning ofOctober) and I was wondering if you knew why he’s not eating. He’s very active always at proper humidity levels, and the temp is it regular 79-85 I think it’s just season and that he’s shedding but do you have any tips just in case, also he’s around a foot long

God they’re fucking cute! I can’t wait to live on my own to get another snake baby! Out of everyone Ik, friends and family I’m the only one who loves snakes every one else is petrified. As Yk snakes don’t bark or meow they’re rather silent noodles. So when I was 19 I bought a baby butter bp and kept her in my closet, my entire closet I transformed into a terrarium w a humidifier branches pool plants, the whole 9! But she got chunky after a few yrs and I felt bad I couldn’t walk her around outside bc I’d get caught and so the most we could do was sit on my bed in front of the window. So when she needed a tank upgrade that wouldn’t fit in my closet I gave her to someone who ended up breeding her and taking really good care of her. Her name was Xena. I miss her. I miss having to sneak her away in my purse for her vet check ups. As soon as we’d get out of the neighborhood I’d take her out of her lil baggy and apologize 100times and put her on my shoulders for the rest of the drive to the vet. She’d just tangle herself in my ponytail and chill looking out the window. But it wasn’t fair to her that she had to be kept secret so I won’t get another until I’m living alone or w someone who shares my love for the lil noodle puppers
