Two Headed Snake - Is This 1 or 2 Snakes?

This is an unusual garter snake with two heads. Do you think it's one snake, or two snakes? #shorts

They're basically conjoined twins. 2 snakes, one body.

I’d assume a two headed snake comes from a case of conjoined twins. Their body even looks a little separated in some spors

I once read about a pair of conjoined twins, pretty much like your snakes, and an interviewer asked them 'How does it feel to have to have two heads?' And one of them anwered 'What are you talking about? I don't have two heads. Do you?' He asked his brother who just shook his head. This always comes to my mind in situations like this.
So yes, I share your opinion. They are two snakes.

I’ve always said “two headed whatever” but now thinking about it, it’s two bodies stuck together. Like when twins are born stuck together, it’s still two people, just connected at some part of the body.
