Thank you for sharing this powerful video. It is packed with so much information. It touches me deeply as i have unknowingly lived life with all these coping mechanisms. I could never identify what it was that was out of sync. Your videos are informative and calls for self-realization and inquiry. All that remains now is taking the step to get help. I am curious what an authentic life looks and feels like for me.

The first part of this video was well done, but blaming already overwhelmed parents is ignorant and unhelpful. I am a retired psychiatrist and childhood abuse survivor, the victim of ALL of the traumatic items in the first part, but the ONLY way I could heal, and stop my heavy drinking/pot smoking, was through the 12-step recovery program of abstinence, confession, and forgiveness (after expressing the rage at my abusers). CDC says 37% of births in the US are "unintended", which is also the figure for all births in the world. In our massively overpopulated and overconsuming world, where our natural environment is collapsing under the population/overconsumption pressure, do you really want to bring another child into an overstressed world, only to suffer from "population density stress" and all of the "stress diseases" ever more prevalent? Fortunately, young adults of child bearing age are stopping and deciding to forego parenthood. That is the greatest gift they can ever give to a potential innocent child born into this time in our history. I only wish my parents, and myself, had stopped and realized that the pronatal, progrowth propaganda was just wrong and had abstained from child bearing, only to bring another child into being for whom they have neither the time, money, or interest to raise.
