I cannot download any files in my iphone. I get this warning "no internet connection" whenever I try to download something. What seems to be the problem in this case? I can download the same file in my computer.

I deleted the VPN app as suggested and voila! The internet was restored to my new iPhone. Earlier I had been onto Google and YouTube support and they both failed miserably at solving my issues. Thank u so much.

Thank you. An old VPN was attempting to connect; it disabled my internet connection. I thought I had to buy a new phone. This fix saved me from doing that.

I had this issue and finally the Service center figured out it was a VPN app in my settings that was jamming my services... like Whatsapp, Messenger, updates installing... etc delete any VPN if you had travelled abroad, overseas and set it up

Super helpful video, thanks! This happened to my daughter’s iPhone 11, got the error message “No network - Please retry when connected to internet” even though she WAS connected and our WiFi was working fine. Apps wouldn’t load when off WiFi and just using data either, same error. Resetting her network settings and enabling airplane mode didn’t work. The issue was with the parent control monitoring Bark app’s VPN. Deleted this VPN and it fixed the problem.

After the new update I seen vpn on the top of my screen. I turned it off but my apps weren’t working even then. I watched this video and deleted the vpn. Now everything works!! Thank you! I thought my phone was broken.
