This is the future rather than antiquated MOHS surgery. MOHS is from back in the 1960s and is akin to curing gangrene on a leg by cutting off the leg. Yep, cured at the expense of huge deformity often on the face.

How about mixing 2 parts bicarbonate of soda to 1 part castor oil and leaving it on overnight every night for 2 weeks til its gone.
