Shapiro will help Pennsylvania go blue, but he would hurt in Michigan, and maybe even in Minnesota. Tim Walz is hands down the best pick. He would win Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, and yes, Pennsylvania as well. Andy Beshear would be good, too.

It's not just about math - Shapiro is big time AIPAC and little hope of him backing up ceasefire in Gaza and his response to protesters was nearly trumpian. Beshear or Walz - authentic, humble, less ego/ ambition, also they can without pause encourage and hold up the progressives - either of these guys would provide balance to the center democratic that Kamala is.

I really wish it is Tim Walz for VP, but Beshear would be an awesome second in command. I would put Josh Shapiro as my third and hope he can get Pennsylvania. I think we should do it based on constituency groups as Chuck Todd stated with the military veterans rather than state and in that way Tim Walz would be the blue wall!!!
