this is why I love Scott and the vids he does (including the guys he features) because you know for sure he's natty, he's not huge but he looks like a Greek God and always shows the correct form, the fitness community is really lucky to have a guy like Scott showing some great exercises . thank you Scott!

Damn what is with the high volume? If my positive lift in the working set is destroyed, I cheat the bah (sorry, lol) up then focus on the negatives even more up to the point I can't hold the weights and can't hold proper form. Can you still manage isolation as effective without the rest of the muscles in the arm that fatigued? Keep up the great vids! :)

Awesome vids. Scott, I currently workout 4 days a week, finishing with biceps on Fridays. Is it good to only work them one day a week, or should I work them twice a week since they are a smaller muscle group?
