This is exactly why I just smiled at everyone going into a rage. Once mods and texture replacements etc are being made for this, it will be alot better than what was possible to do graphically with the base game. And it will still run better with raytracing on and also have way more stable image quality and massively improved anti aliasing.

This is actually the first time the GTA 5 mod looks like GTA 6, without exaggeration! It is nothing like previous "real-life" graphics mods that had to use the old lighting architecture, and I think this is what lighting will genuinely look like in the next game. Impressive, to say the least!

i love how despite there being no ENB support, there's now graphics mods that basically turned GTA 5 into a next-gen game.

So since gta v now has ray tracing there's no need for modders to make road have puddles everywhere and making sky always cloudy (overcast) . They just need to improve the textures and tweak the lighting.

for those who didnt work with this mod, i have fix for you. works for me, try it for yourself.

Go to your >Documents >Rockstar Games > GTAV Enhanced >Settings< Delete the files name starts with "sga" for me its three files, delete or backup, up to you.
If you have reshade installed in your GTA V Enhanced, try unninstall it.

then do the Installation Guide. Hope works for you, Good luck.

installed here for the EPIC Games version and the game dont run, if you want to try here are the steps of their website:

1 - Delete the `rpf.cache` file from your GTA 5 Enhanced root folder. This step is required after every game update.
2 - Back up your `update/update.rpf` file before proceeding, as updates can overwrite key files.
3 - For Steam users, add `-skipPatcherCheck` to the launch options. Be aware that this mod release may not work on all versions.
4 - Copy the ChromatiX `update` folder and `x64a`into your GTA 5 Enhanced directory, replacing any existing files.
5 - Once the files are replaced, launch the game and enjoy your enhanced experience!

New graphics are good but the game has a atmosphere, originality . I think that's why rockstar just enhanced the graphics a little bit.

A few easy mods I found that actually enhance the game:
Forests of San Andreas (trees everywhere really brighten the environment)
Ambient FX (smoke from fire actually creates a foggy effect in the area, makes fight scenes look like a warzone)
Gore Enhancements (more realistic splatter and wounds)
Then just Visual IV is basically the enhanced version from what I can tell, better reflections and image quality

That was fast! I can't wait for when NVE and QuantV is gonna work on the Enhanced port for graphics. Hopefully it won't take OpenIV that long to get modding back in our control again. If not an alternative

See? It's not like mods are completely obsolete on Enhanced. It takes time, everything takes time. It's not one button, port all.

I believe modders will appreciate RT implementation.
