In 2021, online personal trainer and blogger Dmitry Azovsky began an experiment to show others just how simple it is to get fit and healthy. He spend an entire year eating nothing but junk food and keeping exercise to a minimum in order to pile on the pounds, aiming to then lose it all again with a disciplined weight loss program.

Although he is an athlete from childhood his rapid weight gain is putting his heart, kidney and liver at great risk for permanent damage and the risks outweigh the benefits. Raising your blood sugar and caloric intake and gaining 14 pounds monthly is dangerous regardless of the weight loss afterword. Russian routlette.

If that was how he started, alright but now how to go back? The mindset is still not the same as someone who got into that situation due to depression or illness. ORRRR he's secretly suffering from bulimia or something and found a way to cover this up, lol.

Short term heroin use is better than a lifetime of obesity.

You dont need to do it to understand and help. Even if what he is doing is good, let's say (which I don't think it is), the fact hes doing it more than once is unecessary and weird. I have a mental.illness and i went from.someone super active to slightly overweight but still active and im still trying to lose (addicted to sweets tho).

When you get fat they don’t like you. When you get skinny they like you. Whoever they are??? 🤔
