Ok, so Kelly "gives up" her audition for Brenda BUT she is more than happy to insinuate Brenda slept with the director 🙄 Steve is nasty too, he knows Brenda way longer than this girl but he is not thinking with his head but his pants.. Brenda deserved better, even a better brother. He never stood up for her against them!

The director had a history of "working" with his students, Brenda knew this which is why he went to his house with that sexy dress on for a second audition. Brenda did not sleep with him, for some reason only Donna and Dylan (you know the horrible cheater) believed her. However I can see why someone, maybe more sympathetic than Laura, would get upset about this. However the fact Kelly, Steve and David considered it, especially Kelly, was disappointing.

it's this episode that will make everyone love Valérie's character after Brenda's departure, because the scene shows that they never really considered Brenda as their friend, she only had one real friend summer it was Dylan.

Even though Brenda didn't actually sleep with him, it's unfair how she suddenly got the role just because she talked to the guy. Everyone should have an equal opportunity, and going behind everyone else's back for a second chance is unfair. That being said, I don't feel bad for Laura, because of what she did to Steve before.
