Do not let this guys easy demeanor fool you. Running an operation this size with their care & quality is incredibly difficult. Awesome seeing this passion, truly inspiring. Hope to have one of these sandwiches one day.

Guy has that southern charm and is passionate, a real experienced GM out there hosting a show while actually helping the back of house.

When he said they measure the shrimp by hand when they add the shrimp to the sandwich, I totally understand why Zion can not lose weight lol

We stopped by here on our last trip to NOLA, and this guy is truly a genius, gentleman and is exactly what you see in this video. And the food and crew are all amazing.

This guy is the real deal. When I lived in New Orleans I would go here or Domelise's - my two favorite po boy places. Every time I went to parkway I would always see him behind the bar or running around the restaurant. He is clearly super involved in making sure this place stays successful. Their surf and turf po boy is hands down the best sandwich iv ever had.
