Meditation has been one of the Best habits i couldve done. When i havent i lose focus and start reacting to everything, literally EVERYTHING 😂. The moment i meditate and after I finish im another person entirely. Focused, brilliant, living in the present moment, knowing what to say and when to say it. I strongly recommend to those who havent to try It.

I have a social anxiety when i was in Highschool i was so stressed over the fact that i wanted to liked, at the same time there was rumors spread about me made the whole class hates me.
I practice meditation. After few day i felt young again. And my mind clear until i realized that i don't have to feel bad about people rejecting me.
It was like landed again on earth with new wings.
I haven't meditate since then, but i always remember that time and how i was grateful for meditation.

I have been meditating for five years now with at least two and a half of those consistent. I have improved in efficiencies, capacity and work. New doors have opened for me to serve in other organisations too. Life is completely different as a meditator.

Yes I meditate. It’s been a month since I started and what I realized is my peace. Normal I’m pretty crazy super out going with so many ideas that my mind hurts but meditation has helped me to understand my thoughts and who I am. Definitely my emotional intelligence is really high up. I’m grateful

Daily, as part of my wake up routine I do 5 minutes of meditative "prep" for the day. Affirmations, gratefulness, and an openness to welcome both challenge and reward for the coming hours. I also do a 5-10 before bed, going over the day and telling my subconscious what I want it to create consciously for me over time.
On the weekends, since I have a free 8-9 hour block (no day job taking up space) if I find myself drifting or being bored I'll take 10-15 minutes. Meditation to me also takes form in simple, non-complex tasks. So walks, taking care of my plants, enjoying a cup of coffee or tea with the phone off, and even fishing.


It's odd, now that I'm thinking about it and writing it down, many mundane daily tasks can have a meditative quality if looked at a certain way.
