Does anyone else with a 2017 Volkswagon Jetta get flashed when their Regular headlights are on? I watched this video to make sure I didn't have my headlights and high beams confused. Which I don't! Seems like every time I drive at night, I get flashed at least 3 times if not more

Ok. So hear me out. Hear me out here. I have a 2016 r line Passat. Crank it up. If the headlights are turned off they are still on. If the headlights are on automatic. They are still on. If the headlights are turned on. The headlights are still on. Brights work as well. So how do I drive with my headlights and everything off?
