Very strange that this Video is low on comments... Due to this information from now on it seems that I understand what "Suggestions" subgroup in "Siri & Search - App" works like...
Could you please expand on the next question whether I understand it right. So when I go to settings path like: "Siri & Search - particular App" there are three options at the bottom like "1) Show on Home Screen", "2) Suggest App" and "3) Suggestion Notifications". Am I right that "1) Show on Home Screen" is related to "Shortcut suggestions" widget only, "2) Suggest App" - "App Suggestions" widget only and "3) Suggestion Notifications" - pop up notifications on Home screen (and Lock screen) related to our "Siri & Search" root settings and particular App settings?

Would Appreciate if you could post some links related to Siri & Search settings to improve Suggestions and Spotlight UX! Big thanks and warm regards ❤
