The Jesus Prayer

The Jesus Prayer has become central to the lives of Orthodox men and women. Often prayed with the help of a prayer rope, the Jesus Prayer helps sinners receive the mercy of God and “pray without ceasing” as the Apostle Paul teaches us. This is a simple recording of Jesus Prayers said in a calm, simple tone. If you are new to this practice, start slow and simple and seek the guidance of one more experienced.
