One more to add to a successful meeting. Is that you make it short and concise as much as possible. Give few massages for attendees to capture and give feedback quickly.
Simply be Agile as possible.
People now cannot digest long meetings very well. Feedback come too late. May some people will not follow up the next meeting.

Hey Adriana, great episode! I learned to set Agenda in every meeting invitation, once I realized HOW MUCH time is lost in useless talk. Multitasking during a meeting is a huge no-no. I'm guilty here though, BUT only when I'm a passive observant (e.g. when I've introduced a candidate to a CTO, muted myself and listening to the tech screening silently). And having an action plan is so relatable: otherwise, the meeting is a waste of time. Thanks for the great tips! 💪💼
