We need to pray for that man that revealed he told the police and secret service that someone was on the roof with a rifle. Things tend to happen to people that witness things!

The fact that the Secret Service didn't have every roof covered within several hundred yards, is absolutely insane. A good shooter can hit a target at 500+ yards. The building was like 150 yards away, with a clear line of sight. Why wasn't there a Secret Service agent ontop of that roof to begin with?

This was either complete incompetence or allowed to happen

I think it is disgusting that I had to seek out news from other countries to get actual reporting on this. Saying this was an "incident" is crazy. It was an assassination attempt.

The man who was robbed of his life was a husband and father. He covered his wife and daughter with his body, protecting them, giving his life for theirs. My heart is breaking for this family.

Now we're hearing about no less than three rally attendees who tried to alert law enforcement that there was a man with a rifle crawling on the roof located across from where Trump was speaking, and one of these witnesses said he was trying to get law enforcement to react for about three minutes before the guy on the roof opened fire. Something stinks?

Access to all rooftops in a mile radius should have been restricted. The Secret Service failed to provide adequate security.

No matter who youre for, can you imagine being one of his children seeing this happen in real time? Barron, DT jr, ivanka or his wife even? He's someone's father, husband, grandpa etc. Not to mention the person who lost their life and the others wounded. This was horrific. Period.
