How To Turn On or Off Vertical Sync vsync

Go to Nvidia control panel and setup Vertical sync for gaming. Enjoy!

If you dont have NVIDIA, Goto Graphics properties, Then Advanced, then go to the 3D tab, Check the custom settings box, go to the bottom select VSYNC and turn ON.

Vsync just activates as soon as I deactivate it

there is more than that to disable vsync if you disable Windows Aero it has a built in VSync and that will disable the Windows Vsync
