Once you active YouTube restricted mode on YouTube, you can also lock it with a password, so no one else can unlock it or turn off restricted mode without your password.

Make sure to log in to your YouTube profile in order to have access to restricted mode. If you don't know the restricted mode password, you won't be able to turn it off.
