I wonder if you can also grab these files in R using a web scraping package? Thanks for the work you do on your channel.

Please make a video on loading different formats of output into R and make a Seurat object. For example, some papers provide.csv Matrix file only while 10x function expects genes barcodes and Matrix.





Also please do a video on comparing DEG between multiple datasets, what normalisation and measures have to be taken before comparison
