Can you direct me to a tutorial on how to merge these downloaded data files in R? I want to look at the methylation status of all the cancers for certain regions of certain genes.

Hi, Thanks for the video. I downloaded the GDC data transfer tool for Ubuntu, and then downloaded manifest. When I write "gdc-client" in the terminal, I get this error: gdc-client: command not found. What is the problem? Is there any installation process for this tool?
