TDW #5 - US Government's Interest Payment is skyrocketing!

US Government's interest payment for debt has been increasing dramatically in the last few quarters.

But, is it historically abnormal level? How about the ratio of the interest payment against the government revenue (mostly tax)?

To answer these questions, I've downloaded the following two data sets from FRED (FRB Economic Data) and join them together and visualize the ratio of the interest payment trend.
