*(“No Blues” is attributed to Miles, but Sean asserts a different composer — my guess is Hank Mobley…jazz family, any one wanna wager on this daily double?)

*Sean Jones is a master, mentor, and historian.* At the highest musical level, he proves that there’s not a *song* that’s not connected to a *story* *...and there is not a soul* that’s not connected to a song.

*We are united by our narratives* — we may swing for different reasons, but we swing hella hard.

*Last night’s performance was wildly special & we felt every ounce of energy from the living room stage.*
A transmission of wisdom keeps the legacy alive…between teacher, student, enthusiast, & beyond. — *The jazz faithful become family.*

*Emmet, Russell, Kyle, & esteemed guests:* We love you, cats — you bring us massive joy & reasons to swing even harder. 🙏🏽🔥🎼❤️

I have to say that I think this is the best one so far. The musical chemistry and virtuosity is off the charts here and every song has something groundbreaking about it. This needs to go down not only in musical history but all of history itself. Absolutely mind blowing performance. Thank you Emmet and the band!!

This may be my favorite so far, especially the rendition of Londonairy Air (That's the title I first learned in 7th grade band class)

Gotta be the best performance of "The Jitterbug Waltz" I've ever heard. Now I'm gonna jitter off to bed.
