We grew up eating bean tacos for dinner. If we had Fritos, I'd add some in there for a good crunch. Bean tacos and kool-aid was a typical meal for when money was tight.

I'll note that these need to be rolled, not pressed. I've learned the hard way thay you can't press flour tortillas or they'll puff into really thick, dense buns basically 😅
