This video demonstrates programming a fob on a 2010 Nissan Altima vehicle. This programming solution will only work for automatic transmission vehicles.

I received the Simple Key programmer and fob yesterday for my 2009 Infiniti G37X. I watched this video closely, and compared the steps in the video to the instructions in your User Guide. Unfortunately, the guide doesn't match this video. On Page 4 of the User Guide in Step 10, I'm instructed to insert one of my original keys into the key pairing slot which this video shows at the 6:18 mark. The video then continues until the original key pairing is completed and you're asked if you want to pair another key. Step 14 of the User Guide, however, says "Insert a smart key into the slot in the dash. Press the EZ Installer button to continue." Obviously, this is wrong since there's already an original smart key in the slot in the dash from step 10. What's going on? Why the confusion with Step 14? Since this process erases the original keys, I want to be sure I completely understand the instructions before I begin. Your written instructions don't match this video, and your website has no corrections to these written instructions on your FAQ page. Finally, I left a voicemail, sent an email, and texted you at 1:30 Utah time (2:30 Central), and didn't hear back from anyone. Pretty frustrating.
