This is not racist or anything Clarkson is absolutely right by pointing out people like him. It is really annoying when people speak loudly on their phone for hours, regardless of their nationality.

It's ironic, in most Asian countries, phonecalls on public transport is considered really rude.

I'm a bus driver. The most common thing that people like this do on a bus is sit in the suicide seat at the front and do this. Really annoying when trying to drive have had to pull over and just wait till they finish their conversation to keep driving many times. Most people realise soon enough.
