Yo Yo Yo! Rhys here and in this video I am going to show you how to do Hanging Tuck Twists

These are a great hanging core exercise that will help you master hanging leg raises and take your core workouts to the next level

Start off hanging from a bar
Engage your shoulders by pulling down your scapula
Pull your knees up into a Tuck and twists left to right for reps

When twisting think about trying to tilt your hips as well as rotating them to help get better engagement in your core
